It should be this format, and nothing else.

Why do you want to get unbanned:
Are you apologetic, and any reasons:

Example

Sentence(s): -500 Points | 2 weeks suspension
Reason(s) to why you got banned: Flaming and being rude to mods
Why do you want to get unbanned: I want to download skins
Are you apologetic, and any reasons: yes I am sorry, I won't repeat the same mistake again

Only this format... Whichever appeal that is not in this format, we ain't gonna look at it.
